Great power requires great control. The upgraded controller is custom designed to be much smaller than most, freeing space for a larger battery, yet it outperforms previous versions. Super 6-pipe heat dissipation doubles cooling performance over the old controller, and power delivery has a much smoother acceleration curve for better control.

How fast does the YUME Hawk Pro go?

Up to 50 mph in dual-motor mode, with three speed modes to choose from. That speed is for private property; we configure the riding mode for your local rules at handover.

How far does it go on a charge?

56 miles on the standard 60V 27Ah battery and up to 60 miles on the Samsung 60V 30Ah battery under manufacturer test conditions. Faster riding, hills, cold weather and heavier riders shorten it.

What is the difference between the Hawk and the Hawk Pro?

The Pro adds a wider and longer 27 x 9 inch deck, two 3000W motors with Super 6 MOSFET sine-wave controllers, wider 10 x 4.5 inch tires and a choice of 60V 27Ah or Samsung 60V 30Ah batteries.

Which battery should I choose?

Both are 60V and charge through dual ports. The standard 27Ah pack is rated for 56 miles. The Samsung pack uses 50E 21700 cells, is 30Ah and is rated for 60 miles. Ride with us in the shop and we will help you choose.

How long does it take to charge?

The manufacturer rates a full charge from empty at 6 to 8 hours using the dual charging ports with both chargers.

Can it climb steep hills?

The manufacturer rates it for 35 to 40 degree inclines in dual-motor mode. Rider weight, charge and surface all affect it.

Is the suspension adjustable?

Yes. The hydraulic shock absorbers have ten rebound levels set by a knob, so you can run it firm for the street or soft for rough ground. A steering damper is fitted as standard.

Are the brakes hydraulic?

Yes. Front and rear ZOOM hydraulic disc brakes with 140 mm rotors. Our technicians service them in the shop.

Is the Hawk Pro waterproof?

The body is rated IP54 and the display IPX6, so rain and wet roads are fine. Do not submerge it, and never charge a wet or swollen battery. Bring it straight in instead.

How does the NFC lock work?

Tap the NFC card on the display to lock or unlock the Hawk Pro. The YUME Ride app adds locking, ride status and battery life over Bluetooth.

How wide is the deck?

27 x 9 inches, wider and longer than the standard Hawk, so you can stand with your feet apart for a stable, aggressive stance.

What is the maximum rider weight?

280 lbs.

Does it have lights?

Yes, a headlight and stem lights for visibility at night.

Is it suitable for beginners?

It is a high-performance electric scooter and suits riders with experience. Newer riders should start in the lowest of the three speed modes, which we set for you at handover.

Can I test ride it first, and is there a warranty?

Yes to both. Come to any of our shops and ride the Hawk Pro before you decide. It is covered for one year on the brands we carry, handled in our shops by our own technicians.
