Wilson eScooters is an extension of the family-run Wilson eBikes store — built on years of trust, community, and a passion for electric mobility. We saw too many people priced out of the EV revolution, so we built a solution.

Every unit we sell has been through a comprehensive 47-point inspection carried out by our in-house technicians. We check battery health, motor output, braking, electronics, frame integrity, and cosmetics. Worn or faulty parts are replaced with genuine components before the unit is cleaned and graded. You know exactly what condition you're getting.
Yes — all units come with a warranty and our in-store service team is on hand if anything ever needs attention. We want you riding confidently, not worrying. Specific warranty terms depend on the unit grade and will be clearly communicated at point of purchase.
Savings vary by model and grade, but many of our units are priced at 40%–70% below their original retail price. For example, a scooter that retails at $800 brand new might be available from us fully certified for $299–$480. We price transparently so you always see the original RRP alongside our price.
Absolutely. We encourage it. Visit us in-store and our team will set you up for a test ride so you can feel the difference for yourself. We believe in our stock — and we want you to be 100% happy before you commit.
We offer local delivery on select orders — just ask our team at the time of purchase. In-store collection is always available, and for most customers that means you can ride away the same day you buy. Full details will be confirmed at checkout on the website once we launch.
Yes! We operate a trade-in programme. Bring your old unit in-store for a free assessment and we'll give you a fair value towards your next purchase. We refurbish and rehome trade-ins, so nothing goes to waste.
