What does "Wilson Certified" actually mean?

Every Wilson Certified unit has passed our rigorous 50-point inspection performed by trained technicians. This covers mechanical components, battery health, electronics, and cosmetic condition. The unit is then professionally cleaned, graded, and backed by Wilson Warranty — ensuring you get a reliable ride at a fraction of the new price.

Can I test ride before buying?

Absolutely! All 7 of our locations welcome test rides. Simply visit any store and our staff will set you up. We strongly encourage test rides to make sure your certified ride is the perfect fit.

What's the difference between Factory Refurbished and Open Box?

Factory Refurbished units have been returned to and restored by the manufacturer to original specs — they may have been lightly used. Open Box units were opened (perhaps for display or returned unused) but were never actually ridden. Both conditions receive our full 50-point inspection and Warranty.

Do you offer financing on certified pre-owned units?

Yes! We offer flexible financing options on qualifying purchases. Ask any in-store associate or check our financing page. Get on the road sooner with manageable monthly payments.

Can I trade in my current scooter or e-bike?

Yes! We accept trade-ins at all locations. Bring in your current electric scooter or e-bike and we’ll evaluate it and apply the trade-in value toward any certified pre-owned purchase. Contact your nearest store for current trade-in values.

Is shipping available, or in-store pickup only?

We offer both! Pickup is available same day at all 7 locations. Shipping is available to most US addresses with careful packaging. Contact us for shipping rates to your area. In-store pickup is always free.
