Everything a commute asks for
An everyday electric scooter is not judged on its headline figure. It is judged on whether it has the things a real journey needs, every day, in whatever weather turns up. Here is that list, and what the NAVEE GT3 electric scooter answers each item with.
20 mph · 31 mi · 700W peak · 46.3 lb · IPX5
Thirty-one miles, and eight hours to fill it
NAVEE rates the GT3 at 31 miles at 9 mph, and at 19 miles held at 20 mph. For a five-mile round trip that is a full working week on one charge, with the weekend still in hand.
A full charge takes eight hours from a standard household outlet — plug in when you get home, ready before you leave.
The motor is 350W rated with a 700W peak, which is what carries 20 mph and an 18% gradient. Load rating is 243 lbs.
An energy recovery system returns charge every time you brake or ease off, which NAVEE puts at 15% more recovered than without it.

Sprung at both ends, sealed at the front
Front fork and rear damping cylinder. Both wheels are sprung, which is what keeps a 46.3 lb electric scooter composed over expansion joints and kerb ramps rather than passing every one of them into your knees.
A front drum brake with rear EABS. The drum is fully enclosed, so water and grit never touch the friction surface and it feels the same in January as in July. NAVEE measures the combination as 22% shorter stopping than a single-system setup, tested to ASTM F2641 at 20 mph.
TCS traction control trims power the moment the driven wheel spins faster than the road underneath.
Ten-inch tubeless tires with no inner tube to pinch, and an IPX5 rating for rain and road splash.
The deck is 180 mm wide and it folds to 1180 by 585 by 540 mm.
- Suspension — front fork, rear damping cylinder
- Brakes — front drum plus rear EABS
- Traction — TCS anti-slip control
- Lighting — automatic 2W, indicators, tail light
- Tracking — Apple Find My

One note on the numbers: NAVEE's sheet gives the pack as 46.8V 12.75Ah (358Wh), and those do not reconcile — 46.8V at 12.75Ah would be 596.7Wh. The 358Wh figure is consistent with the quoted 31-mile range and the 350W motor, so that is the figure used in the copy above. We have asked NAVEE to confirm the amp-hour rating.

NAVEE GT3, answered
How far does the NAVEE GT3 go on a charge?
NAVEE publishes 31 miles at a steady 9 mph and 19 miles held at 20 mph. For a five-mile round-trip commute that is a full working week on one charge.
How fast is the GT3?
20 mph, from a 350W rated motor peaking at 700W.
How long does it take to charge?
Eight hours from a standard household outlet — plug it in when you get home and it is ready before you leave.
How much does the GT3 weigh?
46.3 lbs net, folding to 1180 by 585 by 540 mm. That is within carrying weight for most adults over a flight of stairs, and it fits a car boot without dropping the seats.
What suspension does it have?
A front fork with a rear damping cylinder, so both wheels are sprung. On 10-inch tubeless tires that keeps expansion joints and kerb ramps out of your knees.
What brakes does the GT3 use?
A front drum brake with rear EABS electronic regenerative braking. The drum is fully enclosed, so water and grit never reach the friction surface. NAVEE measures the pair as 22% shorter stopping than a single-system setup, tested to ASTM F2641 at 20 mph.
Does it have lights and indicators?
Yes — automatic 2W headlights that come on by themselves as the light drops, front turn indicators and a rear tail light.
Is the GT3 waterproof?
It carries an IPX5 rating, so light rain and wet roads are within it. Avoid standing water. One safety point worth stating plainly: never charge an electric scooter that is wet, or one whose battery looks swollen or damaged. Bring it straight in to us instead.
How much weight can it carry?
243 lbs.
How steep a hill will it climb?
18% gradeability, which covers most residential streets and shallow bridge approaches.
Does it have Apple Find My?
Yes, built in, so it appears in the Find My app alongside your phone and keys. The NAVEE app adds locking, speed modes and battery health.
What is the battery capacity?
NAVEE's sheet lists it as 46.8V 12.75Ah (358Wh). Those two do not reconcile, since 46.8V at 12.75Ah would be 596.7Wh, and the 358Wh figure is the one consistent with the quoted 31-mile range and the 350W motor. We have asked NAVEE to confirm the amp-hour rating and will update this page when they do.
GT3, GT3 Pro or GT3 Max?
Same frame and same 20 mph. The GT3 Pro steps up to a 1000W peak and 37 miles with a 22% climb and a 265 lb rating. The GT3 Max keeps that power and takes range to 46.6 miles. The GT3 is the lightest and the most affordable of the three.
Is the GT3 a good first electric scooter?
It is a very easy one to recommend. Twenty miles an hour, suspension at both ends, automatic lights, indicators, traction control and tracking, at a weight most people can carry indoors. The question to settle is range: if you ride more than about 25 miles between charges, look at the GT3 Pro or GT3 Max.
What warranty comes with it?
A year of cover through us as standard, and we handle any claim with NAVEE for you. NAVEE is a brand we carry rather than one we design, so the three-year cover on Wilson’s-designed rides does not apply here.
Who services it, and can you get parts?
Our own technicians, at all six shops, with express service available at every one. We service any brand, whether you bought it from us or not.
