Built for the ground that isn’t flat
Every other electric scooter NAVEE makes is designed around city tarmac. The XT5 Pro is the one built for what is past the end of it — 12-inch off-road tubeless tires, the patented Damping Arm suspension, and 2200W of peak power to keep pulling when the surface stops helping.
Twelve inches of tire rolls a city street flatter than ten does. On the way to the trail it is simply a very comfortable commuter.
A wider contact patch spreads the load across more stones, and TCS traction control trims power the instant the wheel starts turning faster than the ground.
Ruts and washboard go into the Damping Arm rather than into your arms. It is NAVEE’s own patented design, tuned for repeated hits rather than single kerbs.
Soft ground is where the 330 lb load rating and a 36% climbing figure matter, because both mean the motor is not being asked for everything it has.

What the NAVEE XT5 Pro off-road electric scooter rides on
The suspension is NAVEE’s own patented Damping Arm design rather than a bought-in fork. It is built to absorb repeated hits — the washboard and root sections that arrive one after another — rather than the single kerb drop a city electric scooter is tuned for.
The tires are 12-inch off-road tubeless. The size gives a taller air spring and a shallower angle into obstacles; the tread gives grip on gravel, dirt and grass; and the tubeless construction means there is no inner tube to pinch when you land a little hard.
Braking is disc at both ends plus EABS, which is the specification you want when the surface underneath cannot be relied on.
It is rated IPX6, a step above the city models, for heavy splashing rather than road spray.

Ninety minutes from empty
Flash charge in 1.25 to 1.5 hours. A standard fill of the 596.7Wh pack takes five to six hours, but the flash mode has it back inside ninety minutes. On a day out that is the difference between one loop and two.
46.6 miles at 9.3 mph, or 19.3 miles at 24.9 mph. NAVEE publishes both, which is unusually candid and genuinely useful when the riding you have in mind is nearer the second figure than the first.
700W rated, 2200W peak. The peak is what carries you up a loose climb without the speed washing off, and the sheet rates gradeability at 36%.
Folded it is 1360 by 627 by 655 mm at 76.7 lbs net, with a 210 mm deck — wide enough to stand with your feet apart, which is what you want on uneven ground.

It unlocks as you walk up to it
NAVEE SmartKey. Paired once over Bluetooth, the electric scooter unlocks when you approach and locks again as you walk away. No app to open, no code to enter, nothing to carry.
Apple Find My, working offline. NAVEE’s implementation reports the electric scooter’s position even when it is switched off. They have said Google Find My Device support is planned as an over-the-air update.
A 9W headlight, mecha-style NAVEE logo lamps front and rear, built-in turn indicators and a high-intensity tail light. On unlit ground after dusk, a 9W beam is the specification that decides whether the ride is enjoyable.

Off-road is a feel, not a number
Six shops across New York and California. Twelve-inch off-road tires and the Damping Arm change how a electric scooter deals with a broken surface, and the quickest way to understand that is to ride one over a kerb ramp.
- Test ride it at any of our six shops before you decide
- Feel the Damping Arm against a standard fork, back to back
- We pair the SmartKey and set up Find My before you leave
- Express service at all six shops, any brand, bought from us or not

NAVEE XT5 Pro, answered
Is the NAVEE XT5 Pro suitable for off-road riding?
That is what it is built for. Twelve-inch off-road tubeless tires give grip and stability on gravel, dirt and uneven ground, the patented Damping Arm suspension handles repeated hits rather than single kerbs, and the 330 lb load rating and 2200W peak mean the motor has headroom in reserve on soft surfaces.
How fast is it, and how far does it go?
31 mph, with NAVEE rating range at 46.6 miles at a steady 9.3 mph or 19.3 miles at a sustained 24.9 mph from the 596.7Wh pack.
How long does the XT5 Pro take to charge?
Five to six hours from a standard outlet, or 1.25 to 1.5 hours in flash charge mode. Ninety minutes back to full is what turns a day out into two loops rather than one.
How steep a hill can it climb?
NAVEE's specification sheet rates it at 36% gradeability. Their summary card says 32%; we publish the sheet figure and have raised the difference with them. Either way it climbs steep, loose ground without the speed washing off.
What is the Damping Arm suspension?
NAVEE's own patented suspension design, used across the XT5 and ST3 families. It is tuned for absorbing repeated impacts — washboard, roots, rutted tracks — rather than the single kerb drop a city fork is set up for.
Is the XT5 Pro waterproof?
It carries an IPX6 rating, so light rain and wet roads are within it. Avoid standing water. One safety point worth stating plainly: never charge an electric scooter that is wet, or one whose battery looks swollen or damaged. Bring it straight in to us instead.
What brakes does it use?
Disc brakes at both ends plus EABS electronic regenerative braking. Braking at both wheels is the specification you want when the surface underneath is loose.
What is the NAVEE SmartKey?
Keyless entry over Bluetooth. Paired once, the electric scooter unlocks as you approach and locks again as you walk away — no app to open and nothing extra to carry.
Does Apple Find My work if the electric scooter is switched off?
Yes. NAVEE's implementation reports the electric scooter's position even when it is powered down. They have said Google Find My Device support is planned as an over-the-air update.
How heavy is it, and does it fold?
76.7 lbs net, 91.5 lbs gross, folding to 1360 by 627 by 655 mm. It is a machine you wheel and load into a car rather than carry upstairs.
How much weight can it carry?
330 lbs, the top rating in the NAVEE line.
What lighting does it have?
A 9W headlight, mecha-style NAVEE logo lamps front and rear, built-in turn indicators and a high-intensity tail light. On unlit ground after dusk the 9W beam is what makes the ride comfortable.
Can I use the XT5 Pro as a normal commuter?
Easily. Twelve-inch tires roll a city street flatter than ten-inch ones, and 46.6 miles of range covers a long week of commuting. It is simply a large, very comfortable electric scooter until the tarmac ends.
What warranty comes with it?
A year of cover through us as standard, and we handle any claim with NAVEE for you. NAVEE is a brand we carry rather than one we design, so the three-year cover on Wilson’s-designed rides does not apply here.
Who services it, and can you get parts?
Our own technicians, at all six shops, with express service available at every one. We service any brand, whether you bought it from us or not.
