Q1HOW MUCH POWER DOES IT HAVE?

1000W rated, 1,600W when you ask for it

The rear hub motor cruises on 1000W and surges to 1,600W peak for pull-away and passing. That’s real acceleration for city riding — delivered through one wheel, so the power stays smooth and predictable.

Q2HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?

25–37 miles, protected the whole way

The 48V 20.8Ah pack is the largest battery at this price in our range, rated for 25–37 miles depending on how you ride. Built-in circuit protection watches over charging and discharge; a full charge takes 7–9 hours.

Q3WHAT ABOUT THE SUSPENSION?

Four springs up front, a shock out back

The front fork is a heavy-duty dual-hydraulic unit carrying a quad-spring system — four springs sharing every impact — while a single rear shock keeps the tail planted. It’s an unusually serious setup for a commuter at this price.

Q4HOW DOES IT STOP?

Two discs, millisecond response

Front and rear disc brakes bite the moment you touch the levers and keep their feel in the wet. At 34 mph, response time is the safety feature that counts.

Q5CAN IT LEAVE THE PAVEMENT?

Deep-groove 10” tires say yes

The pneumatic off-road tires run an anti-skid tread that grips gravel, packed dirt and sandy paths as confidently as asphalt. Park cut-throughs and rough shoulders stop being detours.

Q6WILL IT FIT ME — AND MY TRUNK?

Three bar heights, one easy fold

The handlebar adjusts across three levels so different riders share one machine comfortably, and the stem folds down for trunks and closets. A high-lumen LED headlight, rear brake light and dual turn signals handle the dark; at 67.46 lbs it stays manageable.

Questions riders ask

Nanrobot G1 FAQ

How fast is the Nanrobot G1?
34 mph, driven by a 1000W-rated rear motor that peaks at 1,600W for acceleration. Rider weight and terrain move the real-world number.
What range should I plan on?
Nanrobot rates it 25–37 miles per charge — gentle riding lands near the top, fast riding near the bottom. For most commutes that’s several days between plug-ins.
What makes the front suspension special?
It’s a dual-hydraulic fork carrying four springs — a setup normally seen on pricier machines — paired with a single rear shock. Bumps get shared across all that hardware before they reach you.
Can it handle gravel and dirt?
Yes — the 10” pneumatic tires run a deep-groove anti-skid tread that grips loose surfaces well. Keep in mind the 15° climb rating: for steep hills, step up to the G4 or a dual-motor model.
Is the handlebar adjustable?
Yes — three height levels, so riders of different heights can share one G1 comfortably.
Does it have turn signals?
Yes — dual turn signals, plus a high-lumen LED headlight and a rear brake light.
How long does charging take?
7–9 hours from empty — an overnight charge covers it.
How heavy is it?
67.46 lbs, with a folding stem — easy to roll, manageable to lift into a trunk.
Is it water resistant?
IP54 rated — fine in light rain and damp roads, not for standing water. And never charge a wet or swollen battery — bring it straight in to us.
Can I test ride one?
Absolutely — come feel what $719 buys these days: find your nearest Wilson’s shop.
Who services it after I buy?
Our technicians, in the shop — tires, brakes, diagnostics and everything else, any brand, any issue.
