A 46% grade is not a marketing round-up; it is nearly half again steeper than the strongest rating anywhere else in Ausom's line. Two 1000W brushless motors split the work between both wheels, so the drive keeps biting on loose and steep ground where a single driven wheel gives up its grip.
The same geometry that climbs also descends: hydraulic disc brakes and E-ABS hold the speed in check on the way back down.

Front and rear swingarms carry hydraulic dampers, the same principle a car uses to keep its tires pressed to the road. The SR1 soaks up drops and bumps without the pogo rebound of plain springs, holding tire contact on broken ground so braking and steering keep working through the rough.
The payoff reads simply: less fatigue at the end of a long ride, and a machine that stays composed when the surface does not.

Twin charging sockets sit under covers on the stem. One included charger fills the pack overnight; add a second and the same charge finishes in about five hours, which turns a morning ride and an evening ride into the same day's plan.
