A twin-post stem removes the wobble a single folding stem develops at speed and steadies the whole front end.

The G63 has three gears on a programmable throttle, and the maximum for each can be set in the Tuya app. Riding’times rate the top of the range at 37 mph. We set the levels with you at handover: low for a first rider or a shared path, and the full 37 where it is allowed.

Riding’times publish the 37 mph maximum only; the lower levels are set to suit the rider.

How fast is the Riding’times G63 dual motor?

Up to 37 mph on its top level. The three speed levels each have an adjustable maximum, set from the Tuya app, which we do with you at handover.

How far does it go on a charge?

Riding’times publish 25 to 50 miles from the 48V 20.8Ah battery, depending on load, slope, speed and temperature.

Is the battery removable?

Yes. It lifts out by its handle to charge indoors, and it has its own combination lock. One 48V 2A charger is included and the pack supports two at once.

How steep can it climb?

Riding’times rate the two motors for a 30 degree climbing angle.

What does the app do?

Locking, lighting, gear selection, start mode, per-level speed limits, cruise control, diagnostics and ride tracking, through the Tuya app on iOS or Android.

Does it fold?

Yes, in about three seconds, to 1500 by 500 mm. It goes in a car boot.

Can I sit down on it?

Riding’times sell a removable seat separately that clips on for seated riding and off for standing. Ask us about it.

What tires does it have?

Eleven inch tubeless pneumatic off-road tires with a self-repairing layer.

What brakes does it have?

Front and rear 160mm mechanical disc brakes with an electronic anti-lock system.

What suspension does it have?

Spring suspension front and rear, with the hardness adjustable by hand. We set it for your weight at handover.

Can I ride it in the rain?

The battery is rated IP65 and light rain is fine. Never pressure-wash it, and never charge a machine that is wet or whose battery looks swollen or damaged; bring it straight in to us.

Is it legal on the road?

E-scooter rules vary by state and city, and 37 mph is above most local limits, so the speed levels matter. Set the level for where you ride and check local rules. We can talk it through in the shop.

G63 dual motor or G63 Convertible?

This one has two motors and 11 inch tires for power and off-road grip. The G63 Convertible is single-motor and can take a ski and track kit for snow.

Does it come assembled?

Riding’times ship it mostly built with a short assembly. From us it arrives complete and checked by our technicians.
