Hiboy TITAN PRO 2026

Two motors, and a switch that turns one of them off

Everything else on this page follows from that one control. Run the rear motor alone and the TITAN PRO is a very long-range electric scooter. Bring the front one in and it becomes the fastest thing Hiboy builds. You choose which, on the move.

The drive switch

One motor or two, chosen at the bar

Single drive

One motor working

The rear motor carries the ride on its own and the front one freewheels. Less current out of the pack for the same road speed, which is how you get anywhere near the 80-mile figure.

This is the setting for a long commute, a flat route, or any day where distance matters more than acceleration.

Dual drive

Both motors working

Front and rear pull together for up to 2,400W of combined peak output with the BOSCH motors. That is the 33 mph, and the 35% grade, and the traction of two driven wheels on a loose surface.

Switch to it for a climb, a headwind, or a trail where one wheel spinning is the difference between going up and stopping.

The motors are rated at 750W each. Hiboy offers the TITAN PRO with an optional dual BOSCH in-hub motor version that peaks at 2,400W combined, alongside standard motor options. Ask us which is in the unit and we will confirm it before you buy.

Energy

1,728 watt hours under the deck

48V and 36Ah works out at 1,728Wh, which is roughly twice what the standard TITAN carries and around four times a commuter electric scooter. It is built on 21700 cells and the pack is UL2272 certified.

A battery that size takes twelve and a half to thirteen and a half hours to fill, so this is an overnight charge by design. With 80 miles in it, that is not a nightly job for most riders.

  • Battery 48V 36Ah, 1,728Wh
  • Cells 21700, UL2272 certified
  • Max range 80 miles
  • Charge time 12.5 to 13.5 hours
  • Water resistance IPX4 ride, IPX5 battery
Range by speed

Hiboy publish the range at four speeds rather than a single headline number, which is the honest way to do it. Eighty miles is the 9.3 mph figure. Ride it at its top speed and you get half of that.

Holding it together

Hydraulics, coil-overs and a hundred pounds of frame

Hydraulic brakes on both wheels, coil-over shocks at both ends, 10-inch gel-filled tubeless tires that never need pumping up. At 33 mph with 330 lbs aboard, none of those are decoration.

The frame is reinforced 6061 aluminum and the whole ride weighs 103.6 lbs. That mass is what keeps it settled on a broken surface, and it is why this is a machine you park rather than carry.

  • Brakes Hydraulic, front and rear
  • Suspension Coil, front and rear
  • Tires 10″ gel-filled tubeless
  • Max climb 35% grade
  • Weight 103.6 lbs

Standing on it

A deck built for two feet and a rear wing

Twenty-four inches long and ten across, with a rear wing behind it for a heel to sit against under acceleration. You stand square rather than in line, which is the only way to ride something this quick with any control.

Twin headlights sit on the stem rather than low on the fork, so the beam reaches further down the road. A brake-lit taillight and ambient lighting along the deck cover the rest, and a 3.5-inch LED display keeps speed, battery and mode in front of you.

  • Deck 24.4 × 10.2 in
  • Standing height 40.9 in
  • Folded height 22.8 in
  • Display 3.5″ LED
  • Lighting Twin head, brake tail, ambient

Questions

Hiboy TITAN PRO, answered

What does the single and dual drive switch do?

It chooses whether one motor drives the electric scooter or both do. One motor draws less from the battery and gets you closer to the 80-mile figure. Both give you the full 33 mph, the 35% climb and two driven wheels for traction.

How fast is the Hiboy TITAN PRO?

33 mph, the fastest electric scooter Hiboy makes. Check your local rules before riding at that speed; New York City caps electric scooters at 20 mph.

What is the range on a charge?

Up to 80 miles from the 48V 36Ah, 1,728Wh battery. Speed, drive mode, rider weight, terrain and temperature all change what you actually see.

What motors does it have?

Two, rated at 750W each. Hiboy offers an optional dual BOSCH in-hub version peaking at 2,400W combined, and standard motor options alongside it. Ask us which is in the unit before you buy.

How long does it take to charge?

Twelve and a half to thirteen and a half hours from empty. It is a very large battery, so this is an overnight charge rather than a top-up.

Is the battery certified?

Hiboy states the pack is UL2272 certified, built on 21700 cells with a battery management system.

How steep a hill can it climb?

Hiboy rates it to a 35% grade in dual drive. That is steeper than anything else in the range.

What brakes does it use?

Hydraulic disc brakes on both wheels. At this speed and weight they are the right answer, and they hold their feel as the pads wear.

Do the tires need pumping up?

No. They are 10-inch gel-filled tubeless, so there is no inner tube and no pressure to maintain.

What is the maximum rider weight?

330 lbs, or 150 kg, the highest in the Hiboy range. The reinforced 6061 aluminum frame is what carries it.

How heavy is it and does it fold?

103.6 lbs, folding to 22.8 inches tall. It fits a car trunk with two people lifting. This is a ride you load rather than carry.

How is it different from the standard TITAN?

Same frame and geometry, twice the motors and twice the battery. The TITAN does 28 mph and 46 miles on one motor; the TITAN PRO does 33 mph and 80 miles on two, with the switch to run either.

Can I ride it in the rain?

The ride is rated IPX4 and the battery IPX5, so rain and splashes are within what it is built for. One safety point worth stating plainly: never charge an electric scooter that is wet, or one whose battery looks swollen. Bring it straight in to us instead.

Who is the TITAN PRO for?

Riders with experience who want the components and the range, and who have somewhere to keep a hundred-pound machine. If your riding is long, fast or off pavement, nothing else in the line comes close.
